Terms of Service

These terms apply to all garments and items left with Sol Quality Cleaners, operated by JRS Florida Investments LLC, whether dropped off at our store at 125 Weston Rd, Weston, FL 33326 or collected through our pickup and delivery service. By leaving items with us, you agree to these terms. The same conditions are printed on the back of every ticket.

1. Our care

We use the utmost care in processing every item entrusted to us and choose the cleaning process that, in our professional judgment, is best suited to the nature and condition of each article.

2. Stains

Stain removal is not guaranteed. We will always do our best, but some stains cannot be removed without damaging the fabric.

3. Items we cannot be responsible for

We cannot assume responsibility for:

• Pre-existing damage, or hidden or inherent weaknesses and defects in materials that are not readily apparent before processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls and polyurethanes.
• Trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells, sequins, zippers and other embellishments.
• Color loss, shrinkage, bleeding or fading, or damage to weak and delicate fabrics, resulting from the garment’s condition or normal professional cleaning processes.
• Items left in pockets.

4. Laundry counts

Any difference in the item count must be reported, with your ticket, within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count must be accepted.

5. Lost or damaged items

Our liability for any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.

6. Unclaimed items

We are not responsible for articles not claimed. Any garment or article left for cleaning, laundering or pressing that is not claimed within 6 months of being left with us may be disposed of, as permitted by Section 715.03, Florida Statutes.

7. Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery is free in our service area (Weston, Davie, Plantation, Sunrise and Southwest Ranches). On your scheduled day, please leave your bag out by 9:00 AM. Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Items are in our care from the time we collect them until they are delivered back to you.
